IVF (in-vitro fertilisation) is a fertility treatment where eggs are collected from the ovaries and fertilised with sperm in a laboratory; a resulting embryo is then transferred to the uterus to grow into a pregnancy. It is the most effective assisted-reproduction treatment and helps with blocked tubes, low sperm count, ovulation disorders, endometriosis, age-related decline and unexplained infertility.

We offer IVF, ICSI and IUI, along with male infertility treatment, fertility preservation (embryo freezing, blastocyst culture, laser-assisted hatching and PICSI), female fertility evaluation, and third-party reproduction including egg, sperm and embryo donation and gestational surrogacy.

Shobha Nursing Home has cared for families in Solapur since 1998. Its IVF programme began through an Indo-German collaboration. It is one hospital, not a multi-city chain.
